This Privacy Policy explains how KasirVox ("the App"), developed by CV. Khifrandev Solution("we", "us", or "our"), handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Summary

KasirVox is a point-of-sale (POS) and cashier application. All business data you enter — products, transactions, customers, store profile, income, and expenses — is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate any server and we do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data. The only data that leaves your device is handled by Google AdMob to display advertisements, as described in Section 4.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require an account, login, email, or password to use the App. We do not collect, store on our servers, sell, or share your personal or business information, because the App has no backend. Your data never leaves your device except through the features you explicitly use (for example, sharing a receipt or backing up your data to a file you control).

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device and remains under your control:

• Products, categories, recipes, and prices
• Sales transactions, receipts, income, and expenses
• Customer names and phone numbers you choose to save
• Store profile (store name, address, phone, logo) and cashier name
• Images you select for products or your store

You can delete this data at any time by clearing it within the App or uninstalling the App. If you create a backup file, that file is stored wherever you choose to save it and is your responsibility to protect.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, such as device identifiers (including advertising ID), IP address, and app usage related to ads. This may be used to provide personalized or non-personalized advertising.

We do not control what Google collects. Please review Google's policies:

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Google → Ads).

5. Device Permissions

• Photos / Storage — to select images for products and your store, and to save or import backup files.
• Camera — to take photos for products (if you choose to).
• Bluetooth — to connect to a Bluetooth receipt printer.
• Location — required by Android to scan for nearby Bluetooth printers. The App does not track, store, or share your location.
• Internet — to display advertisements.

You may grant or deny these permissions in your device settings; some features will not work without the related permission.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Data Security

Because your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secure and backing up your data regularly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
