We built Jual Beli Property as a modern property marketplace website that makes buying, selling, and renting property easier. We understand that finding the right property often means browsing many sources, comparing listings manually, and struggling to find reliable information about prices, locations, and financing options. With this platform, users can choose whether they want to buy or rent, then search by property type and location. Listings are organized into clear categories such as new properties, houses for sale, land, houses for rent, apartments, and boarding rooms (kost). Property owners and agents can post listings for free, while additional tools such as a mortgage (KPR) simulation and multipurpose credit information help buyers plan their finances. Promotional sections for an affiliate program and team recruitment add to the marketplace experience. With the concept "Search. Compare. Own.", the website makes the property journey simpler and more transparent.
