Project Context
We built Sistem Informasi Radio HT as a modern web-based system to make equipment borrowing more organized and transparent. We understand that recording loans of radio equipment manually can lead to missing data, unclear return status, and difficulty knowing who is holding which items. With this system, users can sign in to view a list of borrowed items, including item name, quantity, borrow date, return date, approval status, and available actions. Users can submit a new borrowing request, wait for admin approval, and mark items as returned once they are done. The system also provides a dashboard, a borrowing page, and a personal profile page, along with a print table feature for reporting needs. With the concept "Clear. Fast. Connected.", the website makes equipment management simpler and more accountable.
The Challenge
Manual recording of Radio HT loans makes it hard to track which items are borrowed, who is responsible, when they should be returned, and whether a request has been approved.
